Our Policy
At HOT Beauties, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the personal nature of hair and beauty products, we only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom wigs or weaves that have been cut or styled.
- Lashes and makeup products (for hygiene reasons).
- Items purchased during a clearance or final sale event.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email. Once approved, you can drop off the item at our Cape Town studio or arrange for a courier at your own expense.
